Refund policy
Need to make a return? No worries, we get it. That’s why we have an easy return process if something doesn’t work out as hoped. To initiate a return, please email us at shop@moonnude.com.
All returned items will be inspected thoroughly and may be rejected if the following requirements are not met:
- Item is in original condition, unused, and free from marks/stains.
- Item is in original packaging with the correct (scannable) barcode and all pack-ins inside.
- The return must be handed to the courier by the 30th day after delivery.
Moon Nude reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you and shipping costs will not be covered.
Full-priced merchandise can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Orders that use a discount code can only be returned for store credit or exchanged. Additionally, orders placed with store credit can only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed once it has been received.
Note that we currently do not offer return labels for customers outside of the US.
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please email us immediately at shop@moonnude.com and we will send a replacement. If you do not report a faulty item within 5 days after delivery, it will not be covered under our warranty as we cannot ensure the item is unused.
